1) How can I place order?
A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.
2) How can I pay you?
A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T (HSBC bank) and Citibank N A
Paypal, Western Union are the most usual ways we are using.
3) What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details like q'ty, production details by email or TM.,
Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do prepaid full payment or deposit before we go into production.
After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment.
After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
4) Before to the order, is it possible to make the sample which has all the conditions we request?
A: yes, OEM samples would be charged.
5) How much is the sample charge?
A: It depends on the customized features. For logo printing /branding logo packing neex extral cost by your side.
6) How long will be the sample time?
A: 3-5days.
7) How long will be the production lead time?
A: 2-5days for stocked items, 10-20days for new production items.
8) What's MOQ?
A: for stocked items, no MOQ is requested; For OEM order, MOQ 500pcs is requested.
9) Do you have your own factory? Where is it?
A: yes, we have in Xiaolan town,Zhongshsan City,near GZ/SZ/HK.
10. Does your factory keep running on Saturday and Sunday?
A: yes, on Saturday.
11. Where is your shipping port?

14. How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement.
We processed 5 steps inspection, so never found mass defective items when we shipped prodcuts to clients. We also send a few of items as golden samples before we ship out the goods to our customers. If there are still some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
